We were very satisficed with their initial designs and final product. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. Friendly staff and even the owner took the time to come and inspect the work done.

We are early on in our new front door order and it has been a easy, quick and a pleasant process. Nilo our designer for our new door has been awesome and very informative in this process. We our anticipating our install mid to end of November. Once it is installed I will add pics. When you need a new door get Nilo to design and be your representative, she is very helpful. Excellent work done by a crew of hard-workers. Special thanks to Niloufar best designer I have worked with. They spent great time and took care of every small detail installing my front door. In fact I got tired just watching them work. Once the door was installed they completely cleaned up the before leaving. I am very happy with the Owner, Designer and the Crew, Workmanship is excellent. Would definitely hire them again My initial experience with Arista is absolutely fantastic. Didn’t feel pressured at all. Happy with the estimate after comparing with couple others.

I build custom homes which frequently requires going out of my way to meet my client’s requests. To achieve this, I often need a supplier that can help me to accomplish these tasks (no matter how difficult or strange they may be).
One such request was during the construction of a home for a young couple, they asked me to install an antique solid oak door in their front entrance. The door was old (antique), with a circular top, slightly warped, and had no frame. I approached many door manufactures asking them to build me a frame and none wanted to take on this task. One independent door maker indicated that he will do it if I would agree to his extremely un-reasonable price, and allow him to use a different material to build the frame. I felt that this was not acceptable and I was about to throw in the towel when my finishing carpenter suggested I go and talk to the principles of Arista Custom Door.
I am delighted to say that I did call Arista and went to see them. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and professional; he reviewed my request and immediately prepared a rough sketch and explained to me how he would deal with minor defects in the design of the frame and the finishing moldings. He also stressed that we must use the exact material as the door (Solid Oak). His price was very reasonable and he agreed to meet my timeline.
Arista Doors treated me with respect, professionalism and they made me feel like they care about my project and my needs. Thank you for that
The frame was ready 2 days before the agreed upon date, but mu project was delayed due to COVID-19 slowdowns. I called Arista Doors many times to delay the delivery and each and every time they agreed even though I knew this frame and the door is a bulky item and is taking up valuable floor (Shop) space. The principle and all the front office staff always greeted me with respect and they did not pressure me for the final payment until the unit was delivered and installed. The final product was magnificent

I decided to write this review because everyone one at Arista Doors helped me to please my client and delivered an above average product. I owe them much gratitude and I highly appreciate their business.
