(April 30, 2019, 1:10 am)I've been training with Kate for almost half of a year and she's amazing and very professional!! I'm also getting to know about my weakness part of my body which didn't know before starting the pilates with Kate and I can feel that my body is getting well balanced as well.
Very Thankful her and I strongly recommend this place to people who are hesitate to start pilates!!! :) -

(April 27, 2019, 1:05 pm)This is a life changing exercises! I was always suffering back pain from the office work, since I met Tina I’m so glad to have her as my trainer, she gave me a lot of inspiration on fitness and my back pain issue has been reduced a lot!

(April 26, 2019, 3:17 am)I feel so good. My big problem was posture. Well educated instructor helps a lot. They coach one by one. This studio environment makes more focusing on workout.
