They are very polite and also the sherway gardens location makes the best presto teas.

Went here while we were exploring Sherway Gardens mall and thought to stop by for frozen yogurt.
We have tried Yogen Fruz at other locations multiple times and this one is as good. We didn't have a great experience either but was still okay. We ordered, paid, got our order and left. The frozen yogurt was good (can't recall the flavor exactly), although the sour flavors can be excessively sour, so it's better to go with the ones that balance the natural sourness of the yogurt. They do have vegan options - and there is always juices and tea.

I'm a bit confused by the negative comments on here. I have been a regular customer at this location for about three years now and have never had a bad experience. Service is always polite and the frozen yogurt and bubble tea, especially their green tea passion fruit is delightful. Two standout employees - Caroline and Tessa always deliver a friendly service while recommending the best new flavors to try. Will continue visiting this location!

Delicious frozen yogurt! really great flavours and an ok service, just be patient the yogurt is worth it.

I was there yesterday sep 29,2018 at around noon and ordered the rainbow ice cream. It was completely melted but the staff proceeded to serve it. I told them it didn’t look right but they didn’t seem concerned. I asked for the chocolate instead but it was also melted. Again the staff didn’t look concerned. In the end we got frozen yogurt which was good and a bubble tea which was definitely some of the worst I’ve had. The staff were nice and polite but totally clueless and I left feeling concerned that they might be serving ice cream which could maybe make people sick.
