Jonathan is hands down the best sales associate I've ever dealt with. He was so knowledgeable and would spend as much time as you need to go over the best plan that fits your needs. He went above and beyond even after the sale was done. Totally recommend Jon who has exceptional customer service!

Jonanthan helped me today and he was fantastic ! Right off the bat, he knew what plan adjustments needed to be done (unlike the Rogers rep on the phone) and worked with me to make sure I got the best deal. He was also very knowledgeable about all the products (phones and accessories) they had in store - I strongly recommend going to him if you have cellphone questions.

I have purchased two or three new phones and two phone plans from Costco Newmarket and Leaside over the years. I have always received good customer service and better rates than when I call the phone company directly. I was very impressed with my recent plan. I ended up saving $5.00 a month and received more data.

The service is amazing but I feel sorry for the clients as they hav large buggies and can't look at the cells or anything if they service 3 people ! THE MEN WORK IN A SHOE BOX OF SPACE!
