(August 25, 2020, 12:13 pm)I stop at this Tim Hortons on my morning commute to work. The lady who works cash at the drive-thru (I believe her name is Sangmo) is absolutely amazing. She remembers my order every morning and is always kind to me. She's always fast and quick to get my order out and is an absolute sweet heart. Not to mention, one time I order a bagel and forgot to grab it as I was in a hurry. I came back the next morning and she asked me if I forgot to grab my bagel which I had paid for the previous day and she gave me a bagel on house.
Give this employee a raise!!! She is amazing and cares about customer service! -

(January 5, 2020, 12:23 am)One of the cleanest Tim Hortons location I have seen. Seating area is good and washroom was clean too. Staff is really quick and helpful.
