(May 3, 2018, 6:40 pm)Amazing workout and great atmosphere. I do the Tuff Mother program and Jen is creative with the workouts and inclusive to all fitness levels. I started when I was very out of shape, tired all the time and feeling self conscious in my own skin. After working out with her for the past 3 months my body has transformed. I feel stronger than I have in years and I'm loving the supportive atmosphere.
