(March 16, 2019, 10:51 pm)Eugene did my first tattoo 13yrs ago and I came straight back to him for my new tattoo. Eugene worked with me diligently & efficiently for my vision with this tattoo. He was patient & understanding with all my concerns. It was a 3hr process and during it, Eugene would ask if I was okay or if I needed a break. Needless to say, the end result is a piece of art! Thank you so much Eugene for your hard work & dedication on my beautiful tattoo!
