(July 20, 2019, 11:53 pm)Im gunna be honest here. The ice cream and customer service definitely 5 stars hands down. But the spoons in the communal cup have to go. Its super unsanitary, woke up the next morning with a huge cold sore :( kinda ruins the exsperience if you ask me. Please just hand out the spoons, so much cleaner.

(June 18, 2019, 2:29 am)Tried the regular Hella Hazelnut with mixed soft swirl; chocolate and vanilla. I loved the pistachio and crispy corn flakes on the outside, however the ice cream itself was too much to finish once the toppings were eaten around. Hella Hazelnut was hella good, however. Will probably get a smaller size the next time.

(April 29, 2019, 2:17 am)Ok. Not sure I'd go out of my way to buy one again. It's just a bunch of soft serve vanilla ice cream with a different topping. The crusty the cone looked really cool and it was a near experience but as far as icd cream goes I wouldn't rate it as a grade A ice cream. Got it off the ice cream bucket list and can say I've been but not overly impressed.
