Andy's team came to install our roof before the winter and they did a fantastic job! We needed an additional vent cap for the roof a few months later, and he came to install that for us very quickly. Outstanding service and quality of work! Andy gave us a solid, no pressure written estimate, which was honoured. Labour and materials were also guaranteed in writing.
He also showed us actual shingle samples, rather than just giving us glossy brochures.
No surprises, no extras once work began, no nonsense. A roof (and also our big garage, in our case) is huge financial expense for homeowners, and we were worried about something that might go wrong. Nothing went wrong, and everything went right!
The Sunrise crew arrived on time, and worked flat-out. The job was done in one day. Proper synthetic underlays and ice & water shields were used. The quality of their work was of the highest order! Also, impeccable clean up... not a speck of debris was on our property when we returned.
Great work, very fair price, excellent service. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
