  Yosuf is highly professional and very detailed in his work.
  We have immigrated to canada in 2015 and decided to purchase our first home in Canada. After few researchs and meeting with other agents, we were not satisfied with the houses (either not matching our requirement/budget). We met Yosuf in 2016 through reference and exchanged our need. Yosuf helped us getting our first house in canada in just few months. Even after purchase Yosuf was available anytime to answer our questions. It was a smooth experience.

  My family and I have known Yosuf Nissari since 2015 and consider ourselves fortunate for that. He has provided us expert realtor advice, services and professional support for two of the biggest decisions of our lives.
  
  In 2015, we decided to purchase our first home in Canada after renting since 2012. As recent immigrants with no family in Canada, it was a daunting decision especially with a single income, very limited savings, an expensive GTHA housing market and no experience. We did a bit of research and went to a few open houses on our own. It was in one of these that we met Yosuf with whom we got talking about our needs and exchanged information. We met Yosuf a few days later and agreed a business relationship. He contacted us a few days later with a few properties, one of which had just come on the market 24 hours ago and fit our needs almost perfectly in terms of location, size and budget. Yosuf arranged an immediate viewing after which we decided to put in an offer. In order to get ahead of the crowd that would go to that property's open house the next day, Yosuf helped us devise a bidding strategy to fit our budget and seal the deal. It took us two hours and until midnight that same day to achieve this and our offer was accepted. Yosuf then helped us with the rest by recommending several options for conveyancing lawyer, mortgage financial consultant and building surveyor. We shortlisted some and interviewed them before selecting one of each. The home purchase went through without an issue and we took possession after 60 days.
  Yosuf followed up afterwards several times to answer our questions and provide advice on things such as water heater, home improvements etc. We kept in touch every few months after that.
  
  In 2017, we met up with Yosuf again to assess the value of our home and discuss opportunities for an upgrade. He helped us devise strategy to maximise our value and sell in a very hot market that had just undergone government intervention to cool it down. And at the same time he started to look for houses that fit our new requirements. We found that first and put in an offer before selling ours first because of our faith in Yosuf's ability to get our value in a jittery market. He did not disappoint us and we were happy to close successfully again in less than two years after having realised a profit from the sale of our first home.
  
  Yosuf is an honest, capable and very resourceful realtor with whom we look forward to working again in the future. We happily recommend him to our friends and he has successfully helped four couples through our recommendations to buy/sell their homes.

  Yosuf Nissari is highly professional- does his homework thoroughly before taking client for any showing, very responsive and talks facts(unlike other sales guys in general). We were happy with his service and looking forward to use his service in future. He always remains calm and composed with a smiling face which helps first time buyers .
