Unfortunately, that property had just been rented. However, Simon enquired about our needs and requirements, worked his phone, and, on the spot, arranged two more showings that same afternoon. The latter was for a townhouse that has since just become our new home! We could not be more happy with Simon's professionalism and efficiency, from the showings to the key handover. His assistance and availability were most precious when we needed to overcome the landlord's reluctance to accept an offer from an out of town applicant with no previous landlord references and whose financial profile did not meet the usual standards of an ideal tenant.
