Everything in my production has improved ever since I acquired the machine. It is fast, efficient, accurate and does not consume too much power. I have had it for about three months now and it has never broken down either. This is actually the best machine I have seen in the market so far. I did not know of Rotem Industries before. I only stumbled on their website when I was searching for a shop. I experienced the best customer service while working with them as they handled my order very fast. They also delivered on the day we had set and they set up the machine for me. I was also taught how to operate the machine by their technician who was very friendly. He also gave me tips on how best to use the machine in order to get the most out of the machine without making it overwork. I love the machine no doubt and I will definitely get my next one from Rotem Industries. If you want an AIM machinery, Rotem Industries is without doubt the place.

(June 15, 2015, 8:02 pm)I decided to open my own machine shop last fall, and I decided to look up who could provide me with a few basic cutting and turning tools at a good price. I contacted Rotem Industrial Products, and they were helpful and informative. We ended up using them as our main provider for the equipment and we will continue to use them in the future.

(May 29, 2015, 12:46 am)I was a little skeptical about the hydraulic fluids to actually work well and do their job of stopping or slowing down hydraulic leaks. My Champion 720A motor grader had several hydraulic cylinders that had small leaks and I was told to use the hydraulic fluid. The first day out after adding this product my fluid leaks I have seen a huge difference. Overall – great company and staff, and very effective products.
