  Staff is mostly inefficient. You must double check what they do if you want anything done right. You ordered checks? Good luck receiving them, ever. You come back to ask for new ones and they play dumb, go consult each other, then attempt to charge you for them.
  Half the time when I requested anything simple such as a draft it took up to 10 minutes...
  I hate going there, I nearly switched banks just to avoid the incompetence.
  Sherman, the financial advisor, is quite amazing though, and will go lengths for a client.

  Like every bank tho. Ok staff. Julie is a very good adviser. Tellers a bit intense promoting bank products but it's their job so I'm ok with that.

  NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS FOR BRANCH HOURS OTHERWISE YOU MAY END UP RUINING A KIDS BIRTHDAY BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T GET YOUR REPLACEMENT DEBIT CARD... AND MONDAYS A HOLIDAY THIS WEEK TOO!!! OH WELL..... ITS NOT LIKE TURNING 10 AND INTO THE DOUBLE DIGITS IS A BIG DEAL.... WE'LL JUST WAIT 90 YEARS AND THEN CELEBRATE WHEN THE KID ADDS ANOTHER DIGIT TO HIS AGE!

  Most of the staff at this location are very nice, however, I find them very pushy when it comes to selling products. I hate using the tellers there because they are constantly asking me to switch from a free student account to a paid one, or to set up savings accounts, etc. I understand that they are doing their jobs, but some tellers continue to ask each time after I go there repeatedly (I feel like they should remember that I don't want it!!) Or they are very pushy about it "are you sure.."
