(June 2, 2020, 2:54 pm)I moved to this family practice about a year ago and I can’t mention enough how caring and detailed the doctors are!
Any concerns or questions they are there to assist & they have walk in hours until 8pm
The only thing is to get a hold of a receptionist you’ll have to call for a while! I’ve called once 45 times and never got through and ended up going to a walk in close to my house I got a letter from the doctors office stating if I didn’t see them in the next 30 days I wouldn’t be a patient anymore.
The reception area isn’t very friendly. But the doctors are great. Dr Holland is a great doctor who is on maternity leave and now I had Dr Mary Luca and she’s amazing ! -

(October 28, 2019, 10:26 pm)Dr Linda Wong is phenomenal, I could not ask for a better doctor. She is knowledgeable, kind and considerate and I feel privileged to be one of her patients.
Re Reception staff: Yes the reception staff is quick with you on the phone... because they're quite busy and don't have the time to chat with you. I find that in person, if you're pleasant with them, they're very pleasant with you! There was one person who worked there in reception who I found quite tough... however she does not appear to work there anymore.
