(February 4, 2020, 6:53 pm)Alex was a lifesaver. Smelled a potential gas leak which Enbridge confirmed. Gas was shut off until the leak was repaired, and with it being February in Toronto, we were freezing. Alex was here within an hour and had the leak fixed in even less time. Very polite and honest, quote was very reasonable. Will be doing business with him again in the future I'm sure.

(January 31, 2020, 3:28 pm)A positive experience from start to finish. I had Alex disconnect my old gas range and install the new one. He was able to come by on short notice and was extremely accommodating to my schedule. I found P.O.M. doing a quick Google search which doesn't always pan out how you would expect it to, but I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive and professional Alex was. Great quality work and he made sure to inspect everything before he left. Definitely would recommend his services to family and friends and will keep his card for any future jobs. The cost was the standard cost for something like this, but Alex went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in good working order and to my satisfaction before leaving. So I would say the value is excellent.
