  I've never been inclined to do a review until now because I'm blown away by the excellent customer service I received at Mr. Signs. They did everything to ensure that my banner turned out exactly as I needed it. Every person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Robin for answering all my questions and always getting back to me in a timely manner. :)

  Had some flyers done up for a news party. They helped me with the design and I am totally pleased with the product. Cheaper than I expected.

  Very happy with the quality product (Vinyl Banner) and customer service. After shopping around online I found Mr. Printer. I decided to go when them because they are local to the GTA, and for the same price as their competitors they provided a banner with many more gussets. (Others only allowed for 4 on a large banner which wouldn’t secure it outside well enough, Mr. put on 8!).
  
  Their website said the average printing time was 3-4 business days plus shipping. On the 5th day we didn’t get an update that it shipped. Since I needed it sooner than later I sent an email asking the eta. Mr. Printer had it delivered within an hour of me sending the email! Talk about great customer service!!!
  
  I should have opted for the “rush” printing, which was my mistake because the economical print turnaround times are an estimate not a guarantee. Mr. Printer went above and beyond to make it a guarantee and I appreciate it.
  
  The quality of the printing, vinyl, hemming, and gussets is excellent. I will be using Mr. Printer again soon and highly recommend them.

  My name is Melanie Rebelo and i have recently had my novel "All That I Am," printed at Mr. Printer. I was very pleased with my former printer, but he retired and i had to find someone new. A friend of mine referred me to Nabeela and Agnes, and let's just say, i am completely satisfied. These women were genuine and knowledgable. They were excited to be a part of my project and wished me great success in making my dream a reality. The quality of service and the print outcome was above excellent. I initially wanted to go with a glossy finish, and they were adamant that matte would compliment the cover art much better. They didn't even charge me extra! The print was on time and they did a fantastic job on their first novel print run. I will continue to do business with Mr. PRINTER and i have found new friends along my journey. Thank you
