Eye Exam was very thorough and great customer service from the minute you walked up to the front desk.
The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful.
They are not Not pushy to promote their designer eye glass line $$!!! they helped me to narrow down a frame that was flattering and affordable, I appreciated that, because i could have spent a lot more!

From the time you enter the Cloverdale Kodak Eye Centre you are greeted and assisted by the most pleasant staff. It makes you feel like you've come to the right place. In my history, I have never had such thorough eye exams as I have had with Dr. Louie. My eyes require an extensive exam and that's what I receive every time. With sales staff that are focussed on providing good service, selecting frames is made easy.
I recently visited Cloverdale Eyecare for my regular eye examination and was very pleased with the entire experience. I was welcomed warmly when I entered their storefront and was checked in very quickly. The staff are all incredibly professional and friendly, which was a wonderful combination. I loved the fact that I could have my eyes checked and then proceed to browse a very large selection of new glass frames in order to have my new prescription made up and popped into them. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of my eye exam and really enjoyed my appointment time with the eye doctor. All in all, this was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing eye exams or new glasses.
Appointments are easy to set up and convenient. The staff we encountered were very attentive and personable. We needed to return for some "tune-ups" to our glasses and never had any difficulties.
