(February 21, 2020, 10:48 pm)went in with a member friend for a drop-in and by god it took the breath out of me and what little muscles i have, but the coach really helped out and got me through the session and i felt really good afterward. i would highly recommend this spot for a good workout in a professional friendly environment!

The owners Johnathan and Sandra exude pride of ownership with constant upgrades. I would recommend khcf to anyone; beginners and seasoned alike. Thank you for a great place to workout!

(January 1, 2020, 11:12 pm)A great box/gym filled with great equipment, trainers and members! The gym seems to have almost everything you could want or need for a crossfit workout. It also has a conventional weight room and squash! Keep up the great work KHCF!
