I definitely recommend visiting this fantastic business and all the wonderful people that work there. Asma and Ryan take the time to sit and talk to each and every person that comes through the doors and make them feel right at home! Meaghan is also amazing and explains her treatments step by step, she makes it easy for you to talk to her and get the treatment that's right for you!
I would stay there all day if I could! Can't wait to go back! -

I was treated by Lauren during my FST and wow. I can’t believe how amazing my body feels after just one session. I can feel the CARE she intended to give me and really made me feel taken care of. My body was in dire need of TLC and she delivered 👏🏻 I can’t express how grateful I am to you for helping me feel this way. This is a new way of self-care that I HIGHLY recommend. I feel amazing. (June 15, 2021, 4:08 am)I came across H20m wellness while on a walk in the Humber Bay Shores area. Upon walking into H2Om, I was warmly greeted by Asma. She told me about all the wonderful unique services that are offered. I tried some of the bio charger sessions and was very impressed. I also received an educational demonstration on water by Ryan, which was very interesting - I learned a lot! I’ve also tried the Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) with Lauren. As someone that does a lot of walking and exercise, it was exactly what my body needed to recover! All the staff at H20m are very welcoming and helpful. The space itself is very serene - I’m always greeted by a glass of water when I arrive and feel at home. I always leave feeling very relaxed and look forward to visiting again! Their products are great too.

I'm loving my new purchase and I am so happy I got to meet these lovely people who are so knowledgeable about health and wellness.
