I am completely satisfied and grateful for the quality of my knee surgery and care I received. From attending Dr. Gordon's office, his wonderful and helpful nurse Cheryl, to every step of the process at Etobicoke General. The staff from check in to discharge were caring, pleasant and extremely professional.
My biggest Thank You is to Dr. Gordon himself. My surgery was flawless. I was walking without any problems immediately after, swelling was minimal, as was the pain. So much so that I barely used the pain medication prescribed. My friends and family could not believe how great I was doing.
Dr Gordon was personable, funny and attentive. I knew he was there for me before and after surgery He knew I was apprehensive and made sure to totally calm and reassure me. Including the great happy face he put above my knee for my grandchildren confirming he had the right knee. My physio are impressed at my flexibility and recovery as is my family physician.
Thank you so much Dr. Gordon I had had a very difficult time prior to surgery with pain and mobility. I really feel you have given me so much back allowing me to do all that I love to do But I will take your suggestion of passing on the high heels.
