(November 17, 2019, 3:28 pm)I consider buying a very good winter tire. I deplore their method of procedure for their famous mail-in rebate. It's been over 1 month I wait for my discount. Tactical so that the world gets discouraged and does not claim their handing over and again the customer gets fooled.
