Expecting nothing but reasonable good service I was still impressed by customer service of a store assistant. So, that after a while I literally had to call him by his name, Aman. As it wasn’t routine depersonalized assistance anymore, but true above and beyond customer care. I got fast service, clear answers to all my questions, reasonable suggestions regarding my account and advantageous updates, as well as positive attitude. Thanks again, Aman, you are not a random person there!
