We contacted the deck building company and they sent their expert to assess things. We rebuilt the deck and chose something maintenance free this time around. They did a magnificent job and really took care of every concern we had.

That was the reason why I asked for their team to build one in my residence last week. The workmanship and professionalism they've shown was very commendable. They did not only leave me with a stunning pergola but also a very clean yard.
