(June 28, 2019, 5:11 pm)Contracted Drain Express to handle installing washer plumbing and dryer gas lines. Also had them install dryer vent. They did an excellent, professional job. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and dedication to getting the job completed. The plumber was a bit late to the prearranged time, presumably because of a previous job, but that didn't stop him from working late to get the plumbing piece of the project done. The next day, he arrived as planned and finished up the gas line and dryer vent.

When a tenant calls, I am always able to schedule quickly, and get the issues resolved for them. Most recently I had a leaky outdoor hose bib and an indoor water main valve that was really old, corroded and needed to be replaced. Volocy1 a did both jobs in one trip. I have found them to be responsible, reasonable, and efficient. He came on time, finished quickly, cleaned up the area he was working in and the price is always reasonable. I won't use anyone else.

(June 22, 2019, 4:04 pm)The same day that my leaking hot water heater was malfunctioning. I immediately without a moment's hesitation called Drain Express. And they were able to tightly arrange an appointment even with their heavy schedule. As they communicated, they came at the time that they said they would. Within a two-hour time frame, they had conducted a very professional, courteous job at a reasonable price. I never thought that this would come to mind, but tam very enthusiastic about future projects if they are to come.
