Creative Wedding Options

The photographer, Roberto, was extremely professional and personable. It wasn’t my wedding, it was my cousin’s, but he made EVERYONE feel just as special. The resultant photographs were stunning. Roberto is very good at what he does. If I ever have an event, wedding or not, that needs photographing, I would hire him.

From start to finish our experience with Creative Wedding Options was excellent. The photographer, Roberto, heard our requests and captured our day with the right balance of professionalism and creativity. My husband and I had a larger wedding party and we worried about getting pictures of everyone and being on time. Somehow, Roberto captured every person and every moment while keeping us on schedule. Robert was kind, charismatic and charming, which was needed because I was so nervous. He was also flexible and even stayed an hour past the time he should have left to get shots of the first dance. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and the photos that we will have forever. I am a very happy bride.

Cons:
- Engagement photoshoot had to be suddenly rescheduled 1 day before the photoshoot due to personal emergency (which is fine) but had to find out after we contacted him, not the other way around
- Engagement photos were available through online preview a week after but were not downloadable, had to make a special request for him to put them in my personal google drive in order to get them (wanted to use them on our slideshow), otherwise you will receive them after the wedding on a CD
- The 10% discount from wedding wire must be used at the beginning of signing, if you add more time or services after signing the discount will not apply (make sure you get exactly what you need at the time of signing)
- He was upset when he arrived at the venue because he couldn't find a parking spot, so someone had to rush to the parking lot and find him one so that he would calm down (that person ended up being the grooms dad)
- He got in a heated argument with the venue and the bridal party about not being able to have a 2nd beer (we were happy to give it to him, just needed to speak with us first)
- At the beginning he said he wouldn't mind staying a bit extra if we were behind schedule. We were running late and we even offered to pay him to stay but he would not. We rearranged our reception schedule on-the-fly so he could leave at exactly his contracted time.
- Charges $100 extra for non-photoshopped versions of photos

Roberto is so easy going and professional. He makes you feel extremely comfortable and he has many years of experience; he definitely knows what he's doing! We just had our engagement photo shoot and the photos turned out looking spectacular. Looking forward to having him capture all the memorable moments at our upcoming wedding.

We are very lucky to have found Roberto and that he was available for our big day! He is very professional, reliable and most of all talented. He captured beautiful moments with breathtaking details and colours, we are very happy with him! It is very important to feel comfortable and be yourself around your photographer, and Roberto makes you feel this way the entire time.
