  I have been training with guy for the past two years, he’s a fantastic coach, pays attention to the needs and really motivates through the workouts. It’s always a fun workout!!

  I have been training with Guy for more than 6 years now. He is full of patience and a proficient trainer. I really enjoy his fun and challenging work outs. He knows your strength and push you hard enough by changing the work outs every month which keeps you motivating as well. I feel lucky and can’t say enough how great it is training with him. Thanks to Guy, I have been able to strengthen myself to live happy and healthy life. Highly recommended!!

  I’ve trained with Guy for many years and he is amazing! He is very conscious of safety, health and what’s best for each individual, while adding a fun element to every workout to keep the motivation high.
  
  Every workout is intense but is also different, he will push you to achieve what he knows you can. I cannot recommend him enough. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would – he deserves it!

  I have been working out with Guy as my gym trainer for more than two years now. He always makes the classes fun, engaging and best of all, makes sure you see results. He challenges you and motivates you to do better than your best. He's a great trainer who has good advice for nutrition and how to live a healthy lifestyle. He will give you the tools to reach your goals. Highly recommend!!

  I am strong and healthy 73 year old, thanks to my fantastic Personal Trainer, Guy Dufour. I have been in training since 2013. Each year we do a major race ( Mud Hero 10k Ultra this year). Guy's high professional standards, in careful attention to detail, interesting and varied fitness routines, make training ever challenging and interesting.It has changed my life.
