(November 25, 2020, 12:37 am)Needed to replace a lost cable to run between my Pilot lite Medistrom Battery and Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP. Could not order online, required to phone with battery SN #. Ordered at before noon, arrived in 24 hrs. Cord was only $7, so I ordered 3, and only $10 to ship. 1 for the machine, one for the cabin, and a back up for when I misplace my next one. Great price, great service, and super quick to process/deliver. One happy customer.

(August 26, 2020, 9:46 pm)Pilot 24 came highly recommended by a friend. I take care of an elderly relative and decided to purchase this battery. What a great decision. It works wonderfully with the Resmed machine being used. Also love the fact that it has a usb port. I just spoke to tech support and they were so helpful even for a non tech guy like me.
