  Excellent shuttle drivers and awesome staff in general. Accommodating multiple pets is a great feature. Only gripe is that my shower hose leaked badly so there was very little water pressure. But otherwise an excellent airport hotel option I would happily stay at again.

  Excellent service. Fast and painless check-in and out with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Decent rates. Very clean room. Parking garage great. Transport to and from Pearson was excellent. Would definitely stay again on vacation stopover.

  Amazing experience and caring staff!! I booked this room for my mom and 3 year old since my son and I had an overnight clinic and my mom raved about the staff when she picked us up the next day! She said she would definitely recommend the hotel to others and stay again anytime!!!

  Location near airport is the most important feature of this hotel. Room was spacious but not easy to cool.Their airport shuttle worked well. The hot breakfast arrived quickly after ordering.

  Stayed as an overnight guest before a morning flight to the Caribbean. The room was modern, clean, and spacious; and the front desk staff were also great to deal with. Our airport shuttle left at the arranged time the following morning. All in all a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this Best Western for airport travelers.
