(December 18, 2018, 6:58 pm)Very satisfied. I disregarded my manufacturer suggestions for repairs and went with Miodrag based on the positive reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. An elliptical machine that went suddenly wonky was painstakingly assessed and a fix suggested. Parts were ordered and Mio returned to complete the service, at the same time performing routine maintenance on a Lifecycle and pulley-type gym. All is well and we are back in business, thanks again Mio!

So courteous and so professional. To boot, he's very personable and we chatted while he fixed. I would recommend Miodrag and BEATS (catchy name - stands for Bike, Elliptical And Treadmill Services) to anyone and without any hesitation. He put the word service back into service.
