Had a new hygienist today. Yes, her lack of experience showed, but I was glad that she asked for feedback and took it positively. Noone is a born expert and feedback always helps to learn. My 3 star review is not due to the experience with the hygienist.
What I didn't like was that the other staff and dentist hovering around the room. I like people being upfront. The dentist did not ask me how it went but it was evident that she overheard my conversation by her tone with the hygienist. If she had asked me, I would have talked with her. The receptionist asked me if everything went okay with the cleaning. I told her that it did. The hygienist asked for feedback and I gave it to her. She was appreciative and is learning. I just hope that they don't bother her.
The second star I took of was for the yellow film in that "spitting bowl". It could be a part of the design, which I doubt. It bothered me.
My family Dentist since it opened. Dr. Hothi is very professional , honest , caring and courteous. Highly recommended .

Staff are friendly and always prompt, the dentist was friendly even the assistant, she made me feel comfortable because i was so nervous. At the end of my visit, I was given a mini take home package which was so sweet. Thank you Aviva Dental for such an amazing experience.
