  Amazing place, I went there as a newbie and the staff is very helpful, the midwives at the clinic are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, great experience here, book an apppointment for easy and fast meeting with midwife, very reliable resources...????

  As soon as I got confirmation that I wasn’t having a high risk pregnancy, I made the decision to transfer over from a OBGYN to East York Midwives and was assigned to Stella. Having seen both types of practioners, I immediately noticed that with a midwife, you’re getting healthcare that doesn’t feel rushed.
  
  Through the entire journey, any concern I had outside of our regular appointments, Stella and her partner Jennifer were on call 24/7. The clinic is very well organized and they give so much relevant information to guide first time moms.
  
  When my contractions got closer together, Stella visited me at home to check my status, allowing me to stay comfortable at home for as long as I can before going to hospital. Once I was ready, she took care of getting my hospital room all set, so when I arrived and all I had to do was settle in. The entire birthing and post went so smooth because of her dedication and mastery to her line of work. She stayed with me the truly, from start to end and I feel so grateful that she was by my side. My friends talk about how wonderful midwives are, but Stella through the birthing and Jennifer through the postpartum visits so incredibly over exceeded those expectations. I would highly recommend MCEY, Stella and Jennifer a hundred times over.

  I visited the clinic during my 32nd week of pregnancy, curious to see what was different about midwives and their services. During just the first visit, the decision to join or not, was obvious—we were switching services.
  
  Sarah Wilson is gentle, kind, has great energy and attitude and helped me feel very secure and peaceful about my pregnancy despite the anxiety that I felt starting to pile up.
  
  Kristen Campbell made sure I felt safe and that my needs were well taken care of throughout the birth process with Simone's help and Vanessa Dixon has been amazing in helping our premature baby grow healthily.
  
  Much appreciation to all four of them. What a dedicated and amazing team/service. Keep up your fantastic work ❤️

  I was always seen on time during my check ups which was essential for me while I was still working. If you are unsure whether to go with Midwife or an OB, the MCEY also do consults with OB if there are some red flags in your pregnancy like I did.
  Sarah Leslie was my primary midwife and we had quite an adventure during labour leading to an emergency CS. She made all the wisdomly calls on time to save our baby, even the ER and NICU Team of the hospital was commending her for everything she did. Even if we were under the hospital’s team care after, we were still consistently visited, checked and guided by The MCEY Team.
  The MCEY Team from front desk (fave person = Michelle - thorough ffup with last minute appointment referral) to everyone in the clinic is great especially my student midwife Jenny K. who proved to be very accessible when I was closer to my due date and well during our after care.
  Trust that you are in good hands with MCEY especially with Sarah Leslie.
