(August 4, 2019, 10:08 am)Profmed is a great place with very helpful employees. Even on a Sunday I was able to get a new CPAP machine with new mask when my old one broke Saturday night. What great service and support! This will definitely be my go to place from now on. I would recommend them to anyone looking for cpap devices.

(July 17, 2019, 2:15 am)I am a fairly new CPAP user and have had excellent and prompt customer service on all of my interactions with PROFMED. The lady at the store was extremely helpful, first through email and then when I came to the store to pick up my mask. She showed me how to put it on and how to clean it. Very dedicated service.
