(February 25, 2021, 11:55 pm)Had a great experience with OMVIC. Submitted my complaint regarding a dealership that tried to sell me a car that wasn’t working. They tried to keep my deposit even though the car was not in the same condition it was in when I signed for it. Connie K the Inquiries Representative, and Rebecca Y the Resolution Support Specialist from the Consumer Support Team were both extremely helpful and succeeded in helping me get my deposit back. Cant thank them enough for all the work they put in for me!!
