The pre-natal class in particular has helped me feel stronger, prevent soreness/pain and, as a bonus, connect with other moms-to-be. Highly recommend for avid fans and Pilates newbies alike.

(March 6, 2018, 3:10 am)I've been coming to the Studio for over a year now, and am very happy with the classes there. Anna always comes up with new exercises and it's never boring! In fact, the more I come, the harder it seems to get!
I'm learning to use the right muscles and my back (which used to bother me) is really enjoying the stretching and the workouts. I try coming 2-3 times a week to make sure my spine and my whole body feels stretched, and strong! Love the studio, and love Anna and Vanessa! -
