  Returning to fitness after injury was scary but my wellness is in good hands at My Favourite Trainer. The bootcamp classes are exactly what I was looking for - intense workouts that push me but are also social, supportive, and customized to my body's needs. Kevin is the best trainer I've ever worked with. He makes training fun!

  I’ve completed 1 sprint distance triathlon each summer for the past 3 years, but this season I decided to tackle multiple races, including my first Olympic distance. I’ve never been a fan of strength training in the gym – I find the atmosphere uninviting and I never knew what exercises I should or shouldn’t be doing. I decided I needed help building a stronger base for my increased training load and I’m so happy that I started working with Kevin. After 12 weeks, I felt considerable improvement in my strength and had a better handle on my warm-up, cool-down, and stretching habits. He is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining the reasons for each exercise to help you work towards your specific goal. This season I’ve been injury-free and have bettered my times each race. I’m certain that this is in large part thanks to Kevin’s support!

  Kevin is an excellent trainer. He is a great motivator and always ensures exercises are done right. Sessions are always different and challenging, but I always feel great afterwards. I would highly recommend Kevin!

  Kevin is an incredible trainer. He's knowledgable and personable. Careful to modify an exercise if necessary. He gets me to work harder than I thought possible and yet makes the workout experience a lot of fun.
