  It has been a while since I found a studio that gives personal attention and instructors that are incrediibly kind and caring. Really enjoy all the classes I’ve gone to! I just need to get there more often.

  I was referred by a friend to Healing in The Park early this year and have taken up Yoga. I am new to this and have been enjoying the sessions and the time for "me". The instructors are there to help,. Newcomers are welcomed. The seasoned class attendees enjoy the sessions as well. Glad to found this place in the city. A park setting, parking and staff that do what to help. I had a massage and it was exactly as I needed. Looking forward to the next.

  I have benefited from the McNicoll Wellness Clinic since the early 1990s. So pleased to practice yoga at the beautiful new studio at Healing in the Park this winter and spring. The director and teachers are compassionate professionals. We are fortunate to have them there for us all.
