(March 12, 2017, 12:55 am)I visit this place often. I think you can see why! It's busy during late-Spring, Summer and early-Autumn, especially during the days. Its less crowded after sunset, but the times I most enjoy are early mornings for the sunrise and late at night when the moon shimmers over the Inner Harbour--on certain nights. It's a calming place off-hours and that's what I feel people may enjoy the most.
