I was very impressed with the quick response by Sarah the dispatcher to my original email on a Friday. I sent pictures and discussed what needed to be done with her.
Brad was dispatched to do the work first thing Monday morning, he was prompt, efficient, tidy, polite and answered all of my questions.
I highly recommend Watermark Plumbing based on my experience with the company and people I dealt with.

I was very happy with the work Watermark did at my house a few weeks ago now. From remote diagnosis to onsite replacement, the new hot water tank mixing valve has resolved the inconsistent hot water problem, and is performing as expected. And I can freely adjust it now if and when needed. Thanks again!

It is an absolute pleasure to deal with Watermark Plumbing. Geoff is very responsive and helpful when it came to sending someone to help us. Mark has been to our house twice. The first time he fixed a leak that has been plaguing us on and off for years. The second time he sourced a replacement for a bath faucet that was over thirty years old. Mark is friendly, competent and really concerned about doing the best job possible. I highly recommend Watermark for all your plumbing needs.

During a busy time when so many people had burst pipes in their homes during freezing temperatures, Watermark Plumbing Services fixed an urgent matter with my kitchen faucet and drain. It was all booked and the work done perfectly in less than 48 hours from the initial request. It was so well done and the job and costs were laid out clearly to me beforehand. I highly recommend this wonderful business .
