Our furnace stopped working and our thermostat showed a malfunction error one evening last week. Dwyane from NRG was recommended to us by our neighbor, and was kind enough to come out to help us at 10pm that night! He identified a problem quickly and got the furnace up and running again so we'd have some heat - explaining everything as he went. NOTE:The last guy who came to look at our furnace told us it was a terrible, dangerous model, but that he knew a guy who could sell us a new one. Dwayne said we definitely didn't need a new furnace immediately and he could order a part that could fix it. The best part was he went out back out to his truck to get a machine that tested for carbon monoxide to ease my mind that we were not being poisoned. That was a huge relief. He ordered the part and came back 2 days later to finish the fix. Total professional, lovely demeanor and took the time to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend! Thanks Dwayne!
