Varant was very professional and did a great job replacing our water damaged laminate flooring in basement with new vinyl planks. He was able to reuse our original quarter rounds and helped repaint the baseboards and any other area that was damaged to make it look like new. Highly recommended.

I used Varant and his crew to redo my floors and he did fantastic work. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. There was a minor issue with one of the moldings he installed and he came right away to replace them no questions asked!

I definitely recommend Varant - quality work and a good honest person.

Varant Yanikian Flooring replaced my entire house's hardwood. First time encountering such a professional work. He is a perfectionist and trustworthy contractor. He also pays attention to the slightest details. I am totally satisfied with the renovation. He deserves 5 stars plus!

I highly recommend Varant and his team! They did a flooring change for me in my condo and were extremely pleasant, reliable, efficient and paid attention to detail. In the end, the flooring looked so immaculate and elegant!! Outstanding work!!!
