We were in a rush to get a car that just came in, a Honda Fit 2015 EX-L that we really really liked. They got it fixed up and was transparent through the whole process! We had a bit of a snag, but they fixed it all up and did their very best with everything.

(September 4, 2021, 9:31 pm)I purchased my car from here 6 months ago and was very happy with the experience. Returned back 6 months later to get some issues resolved regarding the muffler and a/c. I was in and out in about a hour and everything was covered under the 6 month warranty. No surprise bill! Shahab, his wife and father truly represent a family atmosphere for their customers. We live over an hour away from TFA and will happily return when needed. Shahab is a straight shooter and is very transparent with the work he puts into his resale cars. Definitely recommend this place!

I would definetly recommend checking this dealer when looking for a vehicle. Can't say enough about how impressed we were with dealing with Shahab &Shabbaz, they went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with the purchase. Thank you Shahab &Shabbaz @ Toronto Family Auto!!! Had an issue with the AC, brought it back to dealer and they took care of it very quickly and even though our Warranty was out, they covered the cost to repair and did this while we waited. if i could give 10 stars i would! Thank you for your excellent service @ Toronto Family Auto!!!!
