(January 18, 2023, 12:36 am)Leonard was a huge help with my new pc. I had an older monitor which needed a new chord. I was totally unaware of this and help no only helped me purchase the right cord, but made sure it was working before he sent me on my way.
With most tech companies, they don't want to help you after you've received your product, however, this level of tech support will put TecDale above any of their competitors. Thank you TecDale for going above and beyond...You've truly helped this disabled person. I commend you all for a job well done, not knowing I was disabled, you treated me like I was your only client.
Thank you again for such a great PC and superior tech support.

I called customer service and they helped me with the issue, the person on call was very patient and cooperative. Windows is working now and I'm very satisfied with my PC!

(April 13, 2022, 3:06 pm)I just bought an LG 34” monitor indirectly from TecDale Canada (directly from Best Buy). It was supposed to be delivered by UPS last week, but I did not get it, despite the fact that I have been working from home. TecDale”s Leonard has been helpful with follow-up emails and inquiries about its delivery status. He was about to send a second monitor when I discovered the original monitor had been left at the back porch that I rarely use. Throughout the frustrating week of waiting, TedDale was diligent and attentive to my ordeal. I shop online frequently and this is one of the best customer services I have had. Will buy with confidence in the future.

I couldn’t figure something out on the computer so I messaged them through the contact seller feature on Best Buy. They called me on the phone within an hour of sending the email and fixed my issue within 10 minutes, walking me through everything. Super impressed with the customer service!
