The problem was bigger than anticipated and he was transparent in communicating that due to the height and precarious positioning of our third floor, he would need to come back with a partner. He went above and beyond when he and his partner returned. We were very happy with his service and would absolutely recommend.

Work was done shortly after that to remove a squirrel's nest from my soffit and allow the baby squirrels to vacate my attic. No more squirrels and no further issues! Excellent work and excellent service! Will definitely call back with any new issues in the future.
