(December 6, 2021, 8:20 pm)I am So Happy I found this Place. I don’t even know where to begin. The Owner is such a nice kind hearted person. He is like a good friend, I rented the 2022 Honda Civic Sport Edition from Shawn’s and I am beyond Amazed The car is in immaculate condition Inside and out. Sooo many safety features it drives sooo smooth like a stick of butter sliding on a pan. The inside is sooo clean not even a spec of dirt will be found inside. Shawn’s Car Rental is willing to go out of their way just to satisfy any guest. I Asked for a last minute extension and they allowed me too. I Would beyond recommend this place to anyone who is willing to rent a car it’s 100% better then all these major renting company’s. I wish I can give this 100 stars. Thanks so much Shawn’s you are the best!!!!!

Very much Helpful. Also Provided Delivery and Pickup to our requested address. Will Definitely Rent again in future. like to highly recommend this place. :) :) :)

(October 12, 2021, 2:07 am)Going through a insurance claim was so tedious for me when my car went through a non-fault accident. I called this place to see if I can get a rental because I needed a car to go to work ASAP and everything was either sold out or they did not have the car that my insurance will cover. These guys were awesome! They were able to get a car for me quickly and they directly dealt with the insurance company. The car they provided was brand new and it was clean. The pick-up and return process was also quick, as I had to head to work after. If I ever need a rental in the future for travel or insurance (hopefully not), I will call these guys first.

However, every location in the GTA was completely out of cars, and all that was being offered was a wait list until a car was available. By chance, a friend recommended Shawn's Car and Truck Rentals. Not only did they provide a car within the hour, the service was exceptional. They ensured I got the rental I wanted, and the car was delivered to my home. They are professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, and will be renting from them in the near future.
