He is approachable for any questions related to your tax claim and makes sure that there are no surprises from the government (if you happened to owe). He is very speedy and professional and keeps close touch with you until your taxes are filed. Always record time when receiving a refund! He definitely has an amazing attitude and doesn't make it awkward. Fees are very reasonable as well in this current market.
I highly recommend Ali as your accountant!
