It was a 2500 square foot second storey addition.
Michael is the essence of customer service, his professionalism has extended beyond my belief and I have never worked with a contractor so professional in my entire life. He was on site every day at 5AM ready to start work, his crew worked very hard and got the whole job done in 2 days. Thank you so much for your services. -

They put in a full basement apartment with a separate entrance, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen and 3 bedrooms with a living/dining area. They were professional and fully licensed for the electrical and plumbing work. Michael gave me advice on all the work that was needed to make the basement a legal apartment that I could rent out. We used high quality materials and made sure that everything was done properly.
I was very happy with the results.
This location is the storage facility for MTP Construction Group. Normally, there is no one in the office unless you have made an appointment to see someone. When you request an estimate, they normally come to your site to see what you want done. You should call ahead if you want to go to their office for some reason.
