In the end, not only am I back to where I was before the pandemic, I'm becoming financially stronger. He continued to guide me after the deal had closed. This is an honorable and good broker. I found Saif by chance while exploring the mortgage market. As someone who is self employed it can be challenging to find a mortgage.
Saif took away the stress of this process. He made us feel comfortable and safe. He took the time to understand our needs. He was working for us!

(November 5, 2022, 1:05 pm)My experience was great. After dealing with another mortgage broker who was taking forever and told me I wouldn’t get money until 5 weeks I decided to find another broker. I somehow found Saif on google or something and he was able to help us and in 2 weeks I had money in my hand and at a very good interest rate. Very pleased and will refer people to him.

He is always looking out for the best interest of his client and always pushing to get funds when his clients need them!.
