(September 25, 2020, 12:25 am)Incredible staff and a well organized team. Anytime I’ve walked into this bank; it’s tidy and clean. The staff is quite welcoming and they will always greet you with a smile. The manager Tracy went out of her way to ensure I received all the assistance possible in possibly securing a mortgage. Their CSR Divakshi also does a great job in assisting clients and providing professional service. If you are looking for a great place to bank, I would implore you to make a visit here. They operate with compassion and treat you as family.

(August 29, 2019, 2:31 pm)Very friendly and professional staff. I went in around 20 minutes before they closed looking to transfer accounts. The amount of work involved was more than I thought but their staff had no problem helping me even after their work hours. Margaret was especially helpful and even followed up with me about 2 weeks later to let me know the transfer was processed.

I was running out of time due to issues with my current home sale and the closing date for my new home was fast approaching. The bank took my problem as theirs and acted promptly at every moment and ensured i met the builder's deadline. The bank focuses on helping their customer to succeed and are with excellent customer service. I will recommend this branch !
