Clean, friendly and helpful support staff, rapid support for rare glitches, well organized functioning of the building. It has a diverse group of people residing in it. While 401 is right next to it so the traffic noise may give a hum but the surrounding area has 2 parks, and is clean. Very close to Scarborough Town Center. Wonderful views from the higher levels. -
