My experience involved not just the speed of the service but also the communication was clear and perfect, emails were answered in a very fast and acceptable time.

(April 16, 2021, 5:09 pm)Booked PCR+Serology testings in JC Health last week and tested yesterday. Easy to book a test, don’t need to wait in line, and their staff is great. I usually feel uncomfortable seeing the needles, the nurse helped me a lot to complete the serology test. She was so supportive when I felt dizzy during the blood draw, so I really wanted to say thanks. Also the results came out quickly.

(April 7, 2021, 6:19 pm)It is hard to travel back to China during this pandemic however JC Health helped us a lot with the whole process of covid tests. Their service is great and very responsive via both phone and email with patience. We booked the tests online one week before and got tested last Friday. The results were sent to us by email on Saturday late in the afternoon for applying for the HDC Code. The experience was very great.
